In 2021, I was promoted to Digital Content Manager for Denver Zoo. In this new role, I oversee all the social media channels for Denver Zoo and execute the Zoo's digital strategy. We have more than 600,000 followers across our channels, and serve as many peoples' first impression of Denver Zoo. It's our job to represent the Zoo as a destination, a conservation organization, and an educational facility. I collaborate with our Social Media Coordinator to create engaging, compelling content for Denver Zoo's five social media channels. In late 2021 we launched Denver Zoo's TikTok channel and saw immediate success. Within 90 days, the channel had more than 100,000 followers and 2.5 million likes on our videos.
